A mastermind is a supportive group of individuals who come together to share knowledge, experiences, and insights to help each other achieve their goals. In this mastermind focused on aligning your days with your priorities, we will work together to identify your top priorities and create a plan to ensure they are at the forefront of your daily life.
By joining this mastermind, you will receive guidance, support, and accountability from both your coach and the group to help you stay focused on your priorities and make consistent progress towards achieving them. Through discussions, exercises, and feedback, you will be able to refine your goals and create a daily routine that reflects your values and priorities.
The benefits of joining this mastermind include gaining clarity on your top priorities, developing a plan to align your days with those priorities, receiving support and accountability from both your coach and the group, and having a dedicated space to reflect on your progress and make adjustments as needed.
The group will be for 1.5 hours each week for 6 weeks. Regular weekly meetings for the duration of the program are intentionally designed to ensure consistent progress towards goals.
Resources and materials, such as goal-setting templates, time management tools, and priority alignment exercises, will be provided to support your journey in aligning your priorities with your daily life. These resources will be customized to meet the specific needs and preferences of the group.
All sessions are in person and will not be recorded. We understand that life happens. If you do miss a session, Lea will work with you by phone, or before or after class and will provide you with an overview of the topics covered in the class you missed. You will be able to complete the exercises so that you can still fully benefit from the program.
I am Lea Pigage and will be your coach and facilitator for this program. I am a professional leadership and team coach registered through the international coaching federation, a scientist, project management professional. I have extensive experience in goal-setting, time management, and personal development. I am dedicated to helping individuals align their priorities with their daily routines and create a life that is purposeful and fulfilling.
You will track your progress and growth in the mastermind through regular check-ins, goal-setting exercises, and group discussions. You will have the opportunity to reflect on your achievements, setbacks, throughout the program. Your workbook will include worksheets to help you identify your goals and track your progress.
