I help people and teams find clarity, understand how they work best, and build sustainable habits and systems that create meaningful, lasting change.
I'm a long-time Yukoner, scientist, project management professional, and executive coach who brings an ADHD-informed lens to my work.
My background spans two decades in science and more than 15 years in project management and that blend of experience shapes how I support people and organizations.
My approach is grounded in neuroscience, shaped by real‑world complexity, and human centred. I help people and organizations clarify what truly matters, let go of what doesn’t, and create simple systems that support alignment, focus, and sustainable change.
I’m based in downtown Whitehorse and work with clients online and in person. I’d love to meet you.

My experience allows me to meet people where they are. With experience across diverse systems and roles, I adapt to each client’s context, capacity, and needs.

I help people clarify what matters. Clients gain focus and confidence as we sort through competing priorities and identify what truly deserves their attention.

I pay attention to what’s said and unsaid, and what isn’t.Tailoring my approach to the person in front of me, and considering their strengths and values.

Our work leads to practical, actionable and sustainable change.Together we build habits, boundaries, and systems clients can realistically maintain in their work and daily life.

I find neuroscience fascinating, especially how stress and activation show up in our work lives. Regulation isn’t separate from business; it’s part of how good decisions are made.

I help clients see and apply their strengths. People feel heard, respected, and more confident as they recognize the skills and experience they already carry.
