I help people and teams find clarity, understand how they work best, and build sustainable habits and systems that create meaningful, lasting change.
I'm a long-time Yukoner, scientist, project management professional, and executive coach who brings an ADHD-informed lens to my work.
My background spans two decades in science and more than 15 years in project management and that blend of experience shapes how I support people and organizations.
My approach is grounded in neuroscience, shaped by real‑world complexity, and human centred. I help people and organizations clarify what truly matters, let go of what doesn’t, and create simple systems that support alignment, focus, and sustainable change.
I’m based in downtown Whitehorse and work with clients online and in person. I’d love to meet you.

What It Is1:1 Coaching is private, structured support designed to help you clarify what matters most and align your time, energy, and systems around it. This format allows for focused, individualized work tailored to your responsibilities, challenges, and goals.
What We Work On
How it WorksSessions are conversational, structured, and practical. Together, we identify what needs attention, define clear next steps, and create simple structures that support follow-through between meetings. Coaching may include reflection, tools for prioritization, boundary-setting frameworks, and system design depending on your needs.
I am an ADHD-trained coach and bring an informed understanding of attention, executive function, and nervous system regulation to my work.

What It IsConsulting provides strategic support to assess challenges, improve processes, and strengthen how work gets done. This service focuses on systems, structure, and operational clarity rather than individual development.
What We Work On
How it WorksI start by understanding how things are currently working, what feels smooth, what feels stuck, and what you’re trying to move toward. From there, I offer observations and practical suggestions to help improve clarity and coordination. This may include conversations with team members, reviewing workflows, mapping out responsibilities, and identifying next steps.

My experience allows me to meet people where they are. With experience across diverse systems and roles, I adapt to each client’s context, capacity, and needs.

I help people clarify what matters. Clients gain focus and confidence as we sort through competing priorities and identify what truly deserves their attention.

I pay attention to what’s said and unsaid, and what isn’t.Tailoring my approach to the person in front of me, and considering their strengths and values.

Our work leads to practical, actionable and sustainable change.Together we build habits, boundaries, and systems clients can realistically maintain in their work and daily life.

I find neuroscience fascinating, especially how stress and activation show up in our work lives. Regulation isn’t separate from business; it’s part of how good decisions are made.

I help clients see and apply their strengths. People feel heard, respected, and more confident as they recognize the skills and experience they already carry.
